Highly skilled, high tech, painless and reasonably priced dentistry. Moreover, all staff are very considerate and thoughtful when it comes to patient care, paying extra attention to special needs. The atmosphere is always friendly, welcoming and reassuring. Highly recommended.
I havent been to the dentist in years and was terrified before I started seeing the dentist and hygienist at Grandstand. I now love going to the dentist. the staff are so friendly and caring, its hard to be scared. I dont no how many times I would be shaking I was so scared, but I was well looked after and really cared for. I would highly recommend this dentist to everyone, especially if your scared like me!
I recently had a tooth extracted at this dentist and had severe pain for over a week due to the rough nature of the way the tooth was extracted. Sutures were left with the sharp end sticking into my lip causing an ulcer, one end was shoved between my gum and the tooth next to the extraction causing irritation. I was left with fingernail indents in my chin and a very saw jaw. When I requested to see a different dentist for further work I was called by them and given a right royal serving about what how many years the dentist that saw me went to school for, how they could have been a Doctor but chose dentistry, how they could no longer use "cat gut" for sutures, so they were not responsible for the suture scratching me. I was also told that under normal circumstance my extraction would have been referred to a specialist because of the difficulty.
