Grange Central Medical Practice

I recently moved to Australia from the US and found the doctors at Grange Central Medical Practice kind, professional, and most of all practical in their approach to health care. They are not just out to write prescriptions for medications or procedures me or my family don't need. These qualities are very hard to find in doctors these days and since going to the practice since November 2010, I have no complaints. My children absolutely adore the Dr's Donohoe.

first time here and last time here... the doctor i seen seemed to have no concern about me at all! very short, sharp and WRONG! i had 2 heath concerns i spoke to the Doctor about and which she told me one of them was NORMAL??? now i have been to a NORMAL doctor and they have fixed the problem up. not happy at all with my visit will not be recommending to anyone!

If you want a Doctor to get their secretary to phone you to tell you you are not welcome as a patient of any longer because you missed a few appointments and I quote "you didn't even have the decency to phone us and let us know" even though you did have the courtesy to call and reschedule but because you forgot about the last one you are no longer welcome, then go here! Non flexible and unsympathetic to a patients needs, accusatory of something you never did. Other doctors at this practice have been lovely so I don't completely write it off but secretaries do not pass on relevant and important information, just tell doctors I never called when I did. Will never go there again even though my family and I have been been going there for 7 years.

Lovely caring doctors and convenient hours and billing. A great practice.
