Granny Flats Australia was a God send for my wife and me. We looked and hunted for months to find a company that would meet our requirements. The product that GFA puts out is ASTOUNDING! We fell in love with the display homes first time we walked into it. Amazing experience!

Cid & the team built us a fantastic house after we suffered a horrible experience using another granny flat company at our previous address. My husband was referred to you by another Grannyflat company who couldn’t handle the complexity of our build and we are so glad we were. You all helped us tremendously during the decision making process as well as the design and planning phases. It was so hard to envision, but the build turned out spectacular, better than we ever envisioned...we love the design, layout, and quality of construction.

Really disappointed! I tried to make an appointment today (a friend referred me) and it seems this company isn't interested in new customers! I needed to arrange a genuinely urgent appointment, no options given or even an attempted effort, just "oh, we can't do anything for you so quickly". We are moving overseas in 2 weeks, prepared to spend $150,000 on a granny flat & sign on the dotted line with a reliable company ASAP - and this was by far the most nonchalant response my husband and I have received by any granny flat company we have contacted thus far. Sincerely disappointed, shame I couldn't find a manager's email so that I could contact him or her directly.

My wife and I have grown-up children, they've left home, and we're trying to downsize. We like traveling so we thought we would be best to try and build a granny flat, allowing us the extra income from the rental so the granny flat is the perfect solution.

The problem we found with many of the others that we visited, some of the builders weren't very flexible, they had set sizes, room layouts and flexibility we require for the construction of the property that we've done in Castle Hill.

Granny Flats Australia were very receptive, so we were very happy.

We wanted a nice south look, so that people could really feel that they were in a tropical, lovely environment.

Once again, Granny Flats Australia worked with us to make that happen. They're very clean and very considerate of neighbours. We have already recommended Granny Flats Australia to a number of friends and colleagues.
