CUSTOMER BEWARE!!
Had commissioned these guys for a small job, thought picking local tradies will mean better service but I was disappointed to hear it isn’t.
Their lack of service and follow up meant it cost us more than double to have the original job done. When try to communicate with the plumber he denied all responsibilities and offered no apologies, even went as far as knocking on the invoice address, which in this case I’ve explained Is where my elderlies are staying and to leave them out of this, to ask for the discrepency amount. Extremely unprofessional. STAY AWAY!
In response to your dissatisfaction of my company Kathy, I would just like to point out that the only thing we did wrong was to email the invoice/report to the incorrect email address. I would have thought that if you were waiting on a report and hadn’t received it you would have contacted us and this would have been rectified. We contacted you in early February to chase up the outstanding account and this is when we realised our error. This account was sent to the correct email and we had no response from you so we assumed everything was fine. The office has contacted you again a few times chasing up payment and you have not had the decency to phone back to indicate that there was a problem.
