I saw there was some bad reviews of this company, but I noticed they had new owners. They range some great wines that you can't buy elsewhere and their prices are very good. I phoned them first and spoke to a nice guy who assured me that my order will be sent out on the day, much to my disbelief I recieved a tracking number later that day, and got my delivery of 2 x cases of wine to Melbourne from Sydney the very next day! I will definately use these guys again.... Don't listen to the old reviews, as I am a business owner myself and the internet reviews can cripple some very honest people trying to do the right thing. I ordered wine from this company for my wedding months in advance, after multiple calls I finally got through and was told the wine had just come back in stock and I would definitely have the wine with me in the next week in time for my wedding. My wine never arrived and after many emails and phone calls I never heard anything back from them. Please do not buy from this company especially if you are getting for a special occasion as they are not reliable. In the end I had to contact my bank and get my money back for this transaction.
