Hmmm, tell people what you think. Well here is what I think of this business.
I feel very let down by Graphic Art Supplies. We purchased a large format printer from them not too long ago. From day one, we experienced issues with printing on canvas paper supplied by them. In my opinion, this company has extremely poor support and I would not recommend them. We feel they spoke to us in a very rude and unprofessional manner, but more importantly, they failed to troubleshoot our printing issue on canvas. Our printing issue cost us a loss in profits. In the end, we set out to troubleshoot the problem ourselves and thankfully we were able to resolve the issue. As a business, ourselves, we know how important customer support and go above and beyond for our customers. I would never recommend this business to anyone or use this this company for any future business.
