Worst experience ever with this Company. Their adds are misleading and wrong and there is no cutomer service. They write the rules as they go and sell garbage. Be carefull dealing with this company as they take no responsibility for the garbage sold on behalf of their so called "reputable suppliers". Buy at risking your money.

Something YOU HAVE DONE must have gone wrong.
I am a long time customer of Grays-On-Line and never, never ever had a problem, NEVER.
What ever it is, Grays will fix it!
I had issues with purchases, returns etc and never have I had a bad experiance.

they tried to palm off badly Damaged goods , hid extra damage in bubble wrap , if i drove off i would have owned it SO THEY KEPT THE OVEN AND MY MONEY ANYWAY DO NOT EVER BUY FROM GRAYS ONLINE YOU WILL BE SORRY
These people MUST be STOPPED,
They are leeches making money from unsuspecying general public

Hi everyone just a warning for customers who never dealt with Graysonline. Be aware of very very bad customer service: rude, arrogante and straightway the reception staff who answers the calls will let you know that you are not welcome and they dont need your business.
Trying to sell something? please there are other online services available.You will regret to deal with graysonline.

Buyer Beware, you are not treated as a standard consumer. I asked for a refund on a product I purchased - stated as "reconditioned" working order with stratches etc, but when it arrived was not working. I have to take it to a post office to be returned and Grays then have the option of what will happen - repair, replacement or refund. I don't get the option to negotiate with them, the customer service centre quickly told me that buying things from auction does not give me the same rights.
