in the past week I have purchased 2 items - a ruby ring for my wife - where I was outbid and lost the item AFTER the auction end and an 11 piece outdoor dining setting that I won, paid for, confirmed collection arrangements only to find when I got there the item was NOT there...
i bought three item, i did not pick it up within 10 days and they sold one of my item without any notice, at the end i only got two items.
the company is the most cheeky company , i did not know how many time they sold customer item !!!
the staff is very bad, never want to help you !!
With the very expensive delivery charges if I was careful I did ok. But when things go wrong there is no communication or support. My last two purchases were made with in days of each other a month ago and I am still waiting. No delivery & no response from customer service. Stopping payment if I can.
