Great Australian Kitchens was recommended by family members that had kitchen installed by them in the past. Unfortunately, I had no reason to doubt their recommendation. They were happy to come to our home and provide a quote and then take a 1/3rd cash deposit for the work. Two months later, after numerous promises that the kitchen will be installed next week, no kitchen has been installed and they are virtually impossible to contact. Each time they has provided an excuse, the equipment had broken down, someone had been injured or someone else had to go to hospital.

The Great Australian kitchens & joinerys \"high standards of quality craftsmanship\" blurb in their feature is as far from the truth as it can get, the experience that we have had from this company is as bad as it can get, difernt trades all the time as they had to let hem go because of their workmanship. To name a few there is no supervision from the management to their trades quality of workmanship, the management is almost never able to be contacted with phone number supplied, my wife has had to call the management wife to try and contact them and maybe just maybe they would ring. The quality of the work is very bad after picking up defects ourselves,the kithchen pantry doors are bubbling up on the inside, and two of the doors are the wrong shade of colour, some doors don\'t close properly and there are a myriad of other defects and the time it takes to be fixed is laughable.
