Great Furniture

Quality of furniture is really bad and Customer Service is hopeless. We purchased dinning table set from this place and was given a structural warranty but its not even been a year yet and the cloth underneath the chairs are coming out and one of our chair broke by just sitting for long hours when we showed them the warranty they are blaming us for it and were very rude. when called the owner to check he yelled at us and hung up saying its our fault. Really shocked by this kind of Service and Behaviour.

Id be very careful purchasing anything from this store.
We purchased a tallboy from the store recently. They charged us a small fortune for delivery, only to later call and say they could not delivery on the agreed day and that they could only deliver on a Thursday. They also neglected to advise us at the time of purchase that they would not take furniture to a second story (despite the hefty $150 we paid for delivery) we were only informed when the delivery man dumped the heavy package in our living room. As if all of that wasnt enough the delivery man damaged our security door when bringing in the tallboy. When we later called the store to complain and seek compensation they denied the damage their service rep (Zoran) even had the audacity to suggest that we had damaged the door ourselves! ...read more

I have recently furnished all my new house with Great furniture. It saved me heaps money.

the experience to deal with Charlie was wonderful. he was very helpful. All my family and Friends love it. Quality of the furniture was excellent. my house was delayed for 2 month. I rang them few time to prolong the delivery time till house was ready last week. All these time they kept the stock for me without any problem. I already recommend my friend who building their new house to get furniture from them.

I will never buy any products from this shop ever again. The quality of the bed we purchased was of very poor quality. The management in the shop would just not listen and said that that's how it is. they all promise big but when you pay up they just don't care about the customer. When I went to the store, I realized I was not the only person complaining. I think the policy of this store is just sell and just don't care.
