After traveling 11 hours to reach our accommodation, we arrived to find that they had failed to book our accommodation on the right day. Instead of apologizing for the mistake and offering us other options, they continued to blame and belittle us, the customer, in a manner that was not by any means professional or acceptable. The rude staff threatened to not refund us our money and made petty excuses as to why they made the wrong booking. They claimed to not understand us using this to blame us as to why they had the wrong details. They also lacked the ability to record contact details correctly, and failed to understand that if the number was incorrect there was no way we could have answered thier call.
