Great Rates Australia

Initially we called in to Great Rates Australia to see what accommodation were available. I informed Gary what vehicle I had and if there was any suitable RV's available. On inspection of his recommendation we hired a Jayco Expanda pop top for 6 weeks. At collection time Gary gave us a comprehensive introduction on how to set up all aspects and operations of the Expanda and answered any questions asked. The Expanda was a great pop top and suited our needs perfectly and easy to tow. W.A. a great place to visit and a great experience was had by all. Great company to deal with and I will use again for my next touring holiday.

We hired a Jayco Eagle for a few weeks. The camper was easy to set up and tow and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids. Gary gave us a very thorough induction and the whole process including booking and drop off was great. Everything we needed was catered for in the van. Overall a fantastic experience and we look forward to our next trip!

I hired a Jayco Starcraft caravan and Jeep Cherokee to tow it a couple of months ago. It was my first time ever towing anything and have to admit i was very nervous. Garry and Josie were superb from being very helpful, friendly and spending over an hour explaining how everything works.
By the time i left i was quite confident. I had a great holiday and thoughly enjoyed the experience.
When i returned the van and car, Josie was kind enough to drive me home to Henley Beach.
Now that's what i call great service and going the extra mile(s)to please clients.

well,just hired an Expanda From Great Rates Australia at Somerton Park for fifteen weeks and what a fantastic experience.It all started with the help and advise we received from Garry and Pam to the handover as both Jan and i are not experienced caravanners. We headed North for the Winter and the van was excellent, no problems at all and we were surprised at how many enquiries we received about why buy a van when you can hire one as we did.We cannot wait till next time we plan another holiday and return to Great Rates again.

We hired a Jayco Starcraft caravan from Great Rates Australia last year for a couple of months to go on our dream holiday.
Garry and the staff at Great Rates made the experience memorable. The booking process was easy and Garry spent almost an hour showing us how to use the van at handover. We found the van to be clean and well maintained and I would recommend them highly.
We enjoyed the experince so much we have already booked our next trip already.
