WORST experience of my life haha aside from the lady telling me it would take a week for the furniture to get to me which the removal guys said "no 2 weeks maybe longer"
I also had one of the contractors comment on my being pregnant... saying how i was going to be a milf and how good my body was etc. He was being grossly flirty and I was there by myself feeling ridiculously uncomfortable.

Booked a backload with Greater Newcastle Removalists, had some issues around the pick-up date – the date and information on the paperwork and what they have said since are at complete odds. When I called to ask what went wrong and why they tried to give me less than 5 hours’ notice to pack all my things I was hung up on. The manager told me my issues were ridiculous and left a voicemail suggesting I should be careful what I write in my review. This company won’t apologise or even acknowledge when they make a mistake. Terrible communication and appalling customer service - not worth your time or money!
After moving from VIC to QLD with another Removalist who left a lot of our stuff behind.
Greater Newcastle removals pick up our remaining stuff and delivered it with nothing missing or broken. amazing company to deal with from start to finish.
Kept me updated with when my stuff would be delivered and driver called night before pick up and drop off with times he would be arriving. professional company, I would definitely recommended this company to anyone.
Just had these guys move me from VIC to QLD and to say I was hesitant to move over christmas was an understatment but they advised dates of pick up and delivery which suited me and delivered on those dates! Can not thank them enough, the move was stress free and allowed me to visit family during christmas without worrying about my furniture. The guys were very professional to deal with and my furniture all arrived safely! Would 100% recommend them and would definitely use them again!
