Yes, Some of the movie salons are so great for watching your fav movie in Greater Union Cinemas, some tickets not so cheap, but still good to go once awhile! Greater Union Cinemas in George St. is also very well-located cinema!

Love that this cinema offers all the luxuries - 3D, Gold Class, VMax and regular playing all the latest films (can't wait to go see Hangover Part II). Spacious, comfy seats. Fast service, friendly staff, great snack bar (although pricey) and the cinemas offer a great variety of fast food chains or Star Bar to eat at after or before the film.

Great convenient facility with pleasant upgraded seating. The candy bar and ticket gate needs a re-work to be more efficient and make the movie experience seamless.

I must be getting old...... the entrance of this cinema is filled with smoking, swearing, loitering youth. Once you push past them though - the rest is all a fairly standard affair. Cinemas are decent. Sound and picture good. Typical price gouging at the candy bar. I go here because I can pop in for an early session straight after work and be tucked in at home in bed by 9.30pm as befits my 30-something age bracket.

I go to George street cinemas on a regular basis. The staff and friendly. The service is fast considering how busy they get. The renovation looks awesome. The massive! Panasonic panel at the entrance looks awesome! - Over all its always a good experience.
