Green Clean Australia

Employed 'Green Clean' for the first time in April for a spring clean to initially see how things went before committing to a regular service. I wish they had never stepped foot into our house! Not only was their idea of a spring clean a joke, the cleaners' damaged part of our timber table with their 'green and Sydney's non toxic cleaning products'. I only noticed this when they left (poor form in not letting me know). I rang their office and offered an apology and said they would look into it and agreed to cover the cost. Well, here we are in August and I'm still trying to resolve it. The company I chose to fix it was not accepted by Green Clean as they had their prefered compan (perhaps many tables have suffred the same tretment) As the damaged table requires repair outside the home, removalists are required and manpower (at least four people - very heavy table. I was in a hurry to have my place cleaned as I just arrived back in Sydney after a long vacation. The team of cleaners that arrived were helpful and worked very quickly. Everything that I requested was looked after and I was especially happy to see them using non-toxic and natural products. Would recommend.

Great communication and prompt service! I really love that they use non-toxic chemicals for cleaning, as I am always concerned about the effects of exposure to so many chemicals. Great attention to detail and listened to my requirements perfectly. I have used these guys with my home and office and they are always fantastic! Really looking forward to working with them again in future.

I had Green Clean Australia come over for a clean up for my end of lease property rental. They did a fantastic job and were punctual. The cleaning was excellent and I would recommend to my friends and family. Affordable too!
