Dodgy workmanship cheap cameras and dvr. They don't deliver what they say they're going to do. System broke down before the warranty period but they didn't repair it. The job took almost three months to complete because they damaged the ceiling .
Are you able to provide more information, such as names of people you had contact with, photos and receipts?
The cameras don't work and the DVR shut down after one month of install.
Have asked the company to fix, they take their time and do not provide service. Do not waste your time or money with this company.
They sold me second hand camera and DVR which do not work. After constantly telling them over and over, cameras need to be fixed they refuse. No written warranty is provided. Do not trust this company - they go by multiple different websites that I can see.
I have lost nearly 2k of my money, my time, and energy. I am over chasing this company now for over 8 months to fix and they refuse. Do not go through the same problems I went through.
Now I am left broken cameras, DVR that does not work and numerous wires.... completely useless system.
They are unethical and incompetent!
