I hold a degree in Health and Physical Education and a Certificate 4 in Personal Training.
I have also been trained in sports specific training & nutrition, strength & conditioning, core stability, boxing, group exercise and life coaching.
Green Fitness offers outdoor group exercise training sessions and personal training. The sessions are dynamic with ever changing exercise and training principals in a beautiful outdoor environment.
The training caters for all ages, levels of fitness and clients are challenged and pushed to reach optimum results in a friendly professional environment.
Green Fitness also offers Corporate programs for any company or business that can be completed on your premises. We will provide all the equipment necessary. Providing exercise in the workplace will dramatically improve motivation levels and it?s easy accessibility leaves no excuse for employees to get fit.

Just finished my two week free trial and i have just signed up for the 8 week program. Its one of the best workouts i have ever tried and Shane really pushes you to your full potential. Great variety of Cardio, endurance and strength classes and you come away feeling fantastic. Brilliant atmosphere and brilliant environment, cant recommend highly enough.
I have been going to Shanes group fitness classes since mid 2013 & I highly recommend them. We are a bunch of people of all different ages and fitness levels and Shane provides options for all - dont be intimidated or worried you wont be able to keep up! Each class is different to the last which goes a long way in keeping me interested and motivated. The focus is not on punishing weight loss but rather on creating a sustainable, enjoyable program that achieves results, and I have noticed positive changes in both my physical and mental health. Best of all Shanes interest in health & fitness is really genuine and he always brings a upbeat attitude.
After my two week free trial with Green Fitness, I decided to sign up as I was already hooked on the Lean-Green Fitness feeling of outdoor training. Shane and Matt are fantastic trainers - so motivational, knowledgeable and fun! Cardio, strength, fat burning, toning...It is the perfect workout for sculpting the summer body! Yes, as good as it gets, THE BEST!

Shane's training programme of both cardio and strength help you achieve your fitness goals without getting bored, and its amazing how quickly you can see the results.
The Saturday morning sessions on the beach are the best way to start the day, I truly enjoy it and cant wait for the following week.
Green Fitness has proven to be the kick up the butt that I needed! I've been eating better, sleeping better, toned up and lost weight.
The sessions are a mix of cardio/strength training and Shane ensures that each session is different, so as you don't get bored. Friendly group, welcoming to me when I was a newbie!
