Green Gables Motel in Dubbo; this quiet off highway property is within walking distance of clubs, restaurants, railway station, showgrounds and the town centre.Accommodation on offer includes two bedroom units and a spas suite with a total of 19 units and one suite. All rooms have access to the internet, air-conditioning and microwaves and a sinks are standard in these units as are queen size beds. An extra power point has been placed near the bed so that patrons who travel with electrical a/or medical equipment can use these easily from the lounge or bed.
I stayed at the green gables motel in bourke street Dubbo in a double room, my stay there was comfortable, the rooms where clean, the airconditioning was great it kept us cool on very hot days, the managers and housekeeping where very friendly, Ifound the green gables motel to be quite convenient close to the CBD & a quiet location.
A/C in Double room struggled to cool both rooms. Would rate room closer to a two 1/2 star than a 4 star deluxe as advertised. Web page states the double room has LCD televisions, but in fact it only has one in main room. Soap, shampoo provided was enough for one person and not sufficient for 1 double and 3 single bed guests. Rooms quiet and clean with vigilant helpful hosts.
