Good initial communications and a clear process, but unfortunately a very poor result. Four of the five shirts embroidered had noticeable stitching errors and are unusable. The single star of this review is for the single shirt of the batch that came out without errors. No apology or admission of error (I wish I could post a photo so you can see how glaring the mistake is - it's beyond belief that the embroiderer didn't spot it). Initially tried to pass it off as 'they came up well'. Part refund received and very abrupt comms from when complaint received, clearly customer service is not a strong point.
