Greenbank Family Practice

TERRIBLE with a capital T. I attended the practice after a car accident and was told I can not be seen by a doctor as there was no vacancies. There motto is Committed To Providing Comprehensive Care To All Our Patients. I have been a patient for 2 years and this is how i got treated, turned away and refused treatment.

I have been going to this practice for 2 years and Dr Woodward was awesome. Since he left the service is atrocious and i refuse to go back after an incident yesterday when i was refused treatment after a motor vehicle accident. The mission statement of this practice is "Committed to providing comprehensive care to all our patients" obvious not true. All OUR PATIENTS, what am I? I turned up to the counter and said I had been in a motor vehicle accident and was told sorry we are totally booked out. There was one person in the waiting area and I was refused treatment. I now have to drive to Springfield every time I need to see a doctor, maybe next time i have a car accident i will book in to see a Dr in advance. There are better practices around and you should find one.

Moved to Greenbank and needed a family doctor - after several bad choices elsewhere I finally came upon Greenbank Family Practice. The staff are all friendly and helpful both over the phone and in person and the doctors are simply fantastic.
