I am not a happy customer i have been a long time client of Greencross Vets at Morayfield but i am not going to pay any more of their over priced treatments or medications, never going back.
My advice is to get quotes from other Vets before you let them touch your pet and you will see the difference.

We have recently used this vet for the desexing of our cat. We found the nurses and the vet extremely caring and genuinely loving to animals. We were very upset about having to leave our cat and greencross sent us photos of our cat in recovery to ease our worry. We also found the staff to be extremely patient and informative with our million and one questions, and from one animal lover to the other was the kind of service and respect we received. We would highly recommend this veterinary clinic and we have tried many in the local area over the years and greencross morayfield is by far the best.
I had earlier purchased the $400 Healthy Pet Plan. On 24/9/15 my 6 month old pup swallowed something. I was advised to bring my pup in. When I got there I was told they needed a $70 deposit. I advised I had the plan. "Ah okay, leave her with us and we will call you." An hour or so later a call from Vet Wendy. The cost will be about $2000 as we need to do xray etc. I advised I would pick my dog up and take her to another Vet. When I arrived i was told that I could not take my pet away without signing a form that stated amongst other things I must notify Greencross of the outcome. I refused and Wendy then stood in front of me and advised that I could not take my dog till i signed the form. I told her I am not signing the form as I didn't agree with it and asked her to move out of my way. I then walked into the holding area and saw my pup with no water in a cage.
