Dear sir, on 23/03/2016 i purchased a new 32’ greenfield mower from Woodville Mower Repairs.
On about the 14th January the mower had a belt fail at 39 hours, it was taken to Woodville mowers to have the belt replaced and the mower checked. This cost $611.54 (inv No50) plus a cost of $160.49 for 1st service. Cost per hour of operation $19.80.
About nine years ago I purchased a 46” MTD mower from Cessnock (nsw) mowers, this mower mowed a two acre house yard for all that time and now mows a much larger area on a 100 acre property, the only cost that mower incurred was a couple of sets of blades and the occasional belt. ...read more
