One afternoon when I was wondering around Greensborough I had a real hankering for a kebab and suddenly I came across this place. The thing that really stood out for me was the paintings that were on the wall, and they weren't just any old boring painting (not that I find paintings boring) but they were no doubt painted by a local. They really gave this place a lot of character and made it more than your typical take away shop. I ended up having a meal pack, which I suspected you were supposed to make your own kebab, but I only realised that after I had finished it. I must also say that the staff were also pretty cool, especially when they came outside to raise the umberella since it was quite a sunny day, and I quite enjoy eating outside.
we enquired about it earlier in the day and were told that we should allow an hour and a half for the food to be ready. that was ok, but when we went to order at dinner time, apparently the baker left at 3pm, so pide's were no longer available. that would have been nice to know when we had called earlier, and why would you not have a baker during the time when you would get the most business?
