Unhygenic! Put customer's health at risk. Avoid this place or risk it by getting a tetanus shot first.
The health department should wander in. It's filthy and utensils reused. Just disgusting!

Can't believe how rude the staff were. Will not be back. Making fun of customers once they walk away from asking about price. I said 'thank you' as I was leaving after getting my nails done, only to receive 'nothing' back. Thought I would try them, never again! They are more expensive than other nail salons too!

Rude rude rude staff! Don't listen to what you want and treat you with utter contempt. Get in another industry if you hate this one so much.

I was a regular customer of NuYu for several years until recently when finally I was no longer able to tolerate their breathtaking rudeness and incredibly poor customer service. Getting my nails done at this place had actually become quite a stressful experience however the only reason I persisted for so long was because NuYu was the only place at Greensborough Plaza doing Bio Sculpture Gel, my preference. Asking for payment upfront didn't bother me really and generally workmanship ranged from adequate to good depending on the individual staff member/s (they would often swap around multiple times) doing my nails. My nails were also significantly weakened from over-drilling which according to my new, excellent and very professional nail tech, could have been totally avoided if more patience and care was taken in soaking off. I went in with 3 friends so we could get a manicure and pedicure together well that didn't happen we were all done at separate times. The staff were all rude. Got SNS nails done they are really thick and when I asked for them to be shortened she was very rude and refused to do it. They make u pay upfront so if u pay by card and want to add something you get charged fees twice. I would not recommend this shop to others go somewhere else for good service.
