Very bad customer service could barely speak english coffee latte like soapy dishwater jam dognut was like a huge boulder barely had any jam it was yukky bland been there a few times always had issues with wrong change been givin back food tastless and sweets like stale service extremly bad you get snobby staffs serving seems like they dont know what they are doing was much better before new management my opinion stay away from this bakery i wont be going there anymore

Disgusting customer service! Rude staff working there served 2 men who arrived after me, I was in first, waited patiently then the first man arrived and he was promptly served...ok, maybe staff didnt see me, so I'm still waiting and the second man walks in, the staff stops making the coffee for the first man and immediately serves the 2nd guy...right, I knew then staff wasnt interested in my business and I walked out...Absolutely Appalling! I always try to support local and Australian owned small businesses but this bakery is a disgrace, their pies and baked goods are below average (pies greasy & gristly...cakes smell of old fridge) but what else is decent around this area? ..Greenvale is a lovely suburb but always ends up with the bad businesses, I'd rather take a drive down elsewhere...Rude staff who serve their friends and ignore paying customers should learn some basic customer service skills or stay hidden at the back!
