Greg renovated our en-suite just over three years ago and we were impressed with the tiling finish. However, 24 months later the floor tiles started cracking and have lifted. Since Feb' 2015 he has been contacted numerous times and has made promises to come back to assess the situation, but never turns up. I keep leaving messages as he is now screening his calls, but he doesn't have the decency to call me back. A good tradesman stands by their work and provides great customer service, which in this case has not been done. I recommend you look for other tilers in Ballarat!
