This is a very small town and I was only travelling 5 minutes away. This woman who picked me up was rude. She showed up without a map and she was given a landmark that she claimed she knew. Instead she drove me 20 minutes away from my house and didn't turn around until I told her 3 times she was going too far. As I said, she had a nasty attitude and charged me $20 for what was supposed to be a 5 minute ride. I tried to call in a complaint but she was the only one who answered the phone. She would not take my complaint, of course, and she hung up after saying there was nothing she could do. I'm so angry and I will NEVER do business with this company again.
