They have enacted very bad work to my appliances - broken and second hand parts used, electrical tape wire joins, bits of broken timber supporting element in fridge so that short circuit won't occur.
Overflow hose on washing machine blocked off, rather than fixed, after 8 weeks of arguing they refused to fix the repairs.
