Grill'd burgers are that nice combination of fantastic tasting ingredients and fast food. They were crazy busy on a Friday night and our service was still reasonable I thought as it took about 15 mins to receive our meals. We used a buy one get one free coupon and very happy with the burgers. Everything was as asked for and ingredients were fresh.
They haven't gotten it wrong yet. They must be the quickest Grill'd franchise operating in all of Brisbane. No matter the crowd, or lack of crowd, I am served at the same rate. Staff are the funky Grill'd genre and always friendly in the way they conduct themselves toward each other and staff.
When they can get my order right and not stand around talking while there is a line up 5 deep, I'd give them 4 stars at least. The problem is this doesn't happen. I'm yet to order from them without something missing or not right or not cooked properly. The staff are often friendly but when it is busy and you see them just stand around and leaning against the benches when they could be helping serve or something - poor form indeed. I used to go to a different branch but due to moving to Red Hill.. I have been heading to the Newmarket store. I miss the othert one - They knew how to get it right everytime and their staff were friendly, helpful and always ready to serve.
