This little cafe and bakery is a gem. Excellent standard of cakes and bread. Friendly staff who promptly serve good coffee and light meals. A delight to sit outside in Grindlewald village and enjoy good quality food.

Every special little country village needs a well run, friendly bakery and coffee shop to relax at. This bakery offers guests at Grindelwald a cheap alternative to lunching in a restaurant, whilst still offering good quality and fresh bakery items, and wonderful coffee. Lovely to sit out in the front courtyard and watch the goings on in the village, which include the sounds of ducks by the lake - and beautifully fresh air. Visiting from Melbourne, this meant so much - to be somewhere so fresh and clean. Much more than a bakery, - more an experience depicting the undeniably perfect way life should be.
