Groumet Dog Barkery

I love taking the dogs to The Barkery :) They enjoy the trip out in the car and they get to go into a shop! Dogs are very welcome in store and as everyone who goes there - loves dogs, any dog visiting is sure to get lots of pats from the staff and other customers. The lady behind this store is incredible in terms of the items she comes up with for dogs, from bones, to *pup-cakes* - bones like Pumpkin flavour, roast dinner, peanut butter, fish-n-chips to snacks modelled on *human food* - nachos, donuts, pizza, kebabs and so much more, the staff are so friendly and recognise us and the dogs, although they always greet the dogs first! :-) You can get your dog a *puppycino* and even doggie ice cream! If you have a dog and you are looking for a good treat - all Australian made with good ingredients THIS is the place to go, dogs are welcome, great staff and atmosphere AND a mind-blowing range of treats - why go anywhere else????

I was so excited when this shop opened, and while it's a good 30 min drive from us, we don't mind. The Dog Barkery is a bakery for dogs! Here they make treats for dogs from all natural ingredients, actually (human) food grade ingredients - so if you're up for the challenge you can even sample one yourself! There are no sugars, everything is natural and good for your dogs. They have everything from training balls to yoghurt covered peanut butter treats ,around 30 different flavoured bones, puppy pizza, dog-rito's, puppy-chino's to drink, dog ice cream, puppy cakes, sample bags, and Christmas stockings. Another great thing is you can take your dog inside for a snack. The prices are reasonable, the staff are lovely and so friendly, so if you want to treat your dog - pop in and see them, they even have a loyalty card programme :-)
