Don't buy from Groupon travel take my money more $500 and didn't return now 4 months

I'd never recommend Groupon. We were given a Groupon voucher for accommodation which expired during the pandemic lockdown. They didn't extend the availability or give us a refund. They just kept the money.

If you want to go on holidays I would recommend using them because they have the best travel deals ever.

Where do I even begin?
I ordered in November an awesome Scanpan knife block 14 peice with 6 steak knives for my mother's housewarming. The 7-10 business days happened and still no knives. Not to worry I will give them for Christmas and get her something else.
Everyone who I spoke to tried to tell me they had attempted to deliver on a Tuesday which happens to be my day off (and my partner works from home) they immediately offered me a refund. I said I am happy to recieve the product still and patiently waited as I was informed it was sent to the escalation team. 5-10 business days and still no knives. Furiously I called AGAIN... GROUPON ARE RUBBISH i ordered converse shoes, they lost the order. 6 weeks later after demanding a refund they told me they processed it. checked statement and nothing then someone else told me it was processed on a different date, I called my credit card company provided a statement and NO refund! Once again its being escalated! This has been going on SINCE sept 1. DONT BOTHER WITH GROUPON pay a but extra and get what you want in a shop when you need it WORST SERVICE ever. I would not recommend groupon to my worst enemy! Its a differnt story every time!!!!!!!
