On the 19th of this month one of your tradespeople Sourced through our Realestate came to our unit to repair a retaining wall. Here is some advice for your business for future jobs,
Knock before entering a premises, just because you were given a key does not make it acceptable to just walk straight into a property unannounced.
The "Solution" your tradesperson came up with to fix our pavers and retaining wall was to throw handfulls of sand everywhere?

Integrity... HA!! Unfortunately for me this is the business my rental agents use for all repair work. They have been out to my house many times this year. One job they've been four times, another four times, another three times, another twice so far. Each time they send someone new. They seem to be handy-men rather than qualified builders, and I use the word 'handy' very loosely, because as far as I can see they aren't good at anything other than padding out the day by smoking, talking, going to Bunnings to buy what they need to do the job, coming back with the wrong things, having to go back again, going to the shops for food, taking smokos on top of smokos on top of smokos then leaving for lunch, not finishing and having to come back another day... Last week two men where here for nine hours and I counted a total of three periods throughout the day where they actually did any work each one lasting no more than ten minutes. Description Works performed on 24.8.15
Attention to Loss of Power
Investigation found faulty safety Switch. Supply and install new safety switch to replace existing faulty. Extensive investigation found fault on power cable for power point located in garage. (Possibly for future operation of electric garage door) The fault is located internally and cannot be accessed due to the construction of the property. Safely disconnected faulty cabling to restore power to property. Please see attached Quote for rectification works. Tested for operation and safety - all tested OK.

As we are the preferred contractors for your Real Estate Agent, we will visit the property each time a request is put in by your Real Estate. We apologise if this is an inconvenience to you but the owners of this property are looking after their investment. The best solution for you would be to buy your own home.
Each time you submit a request to your Real Estate Agent for repairs, they submit a request to us to firstly, quote for the works required and secondly, carry out works.
More importantly we have spoken to our employees who have attended your unit and they are really not happy with their integrity being slandered over the internet just because you think you?re being clever, nasty or inconspicuous. And as you have made it quite obvious who you are, you aren?t being inconspicuous, which isn?t very clever, so we take it that you?re just being nasty.
