After some up and down customer service and $100’s is dollars spent on Frankie 4 shoes I will not be returning. My husband asked to order some shoes in- was told this was okay and then when they rang he told them he would be in to collect, they then called back just before he was due to pick them up and was told they were giving them to someone else- days before my birthday. My husband complained to management and said it was a shame as my wife spends so much money here and we will have to think about it before we shop again - the response “we are sorry to hear that!” and nothing else. For a store whose customer service leaves a lot to be desired at the best of times and with online retail it’s a shame that I won’t be supporting this local store anymore I’ll a) buy online or b) shop at the other retailer in Adelaide and Jetty road who sells Frankie 4’s.
