i can not express my on going frustration with the clinic. i used to go to the clinic for years. but in recent years, specially this year, the clinic got worse and worse. you can ask them 1 question, multiple time, no1 even bothered to call you back. when i do have a miss call from them, return their call. they never seem to know who call me. I asked them in person, over the phone, in email for them to follow up with the doctor. no1 ever get back to me. even in my email, i actually said:"if u didnt hear from the doctor, please let me know . So i know my email received your attention. NO REPLY!"

not very intelligent doctors, not caring, rush you in and out, once i was told that i will have to book another consultation if you want me to look at your mole - after i had only asked a few immunisation questions max 5 minutes, and i always book double appointments for myself and my child. I really only like one chinese lady doctor there, and the reception staff. I have found a wonderful clinic in Donvale now.



I wouldn't bother going here unless very desperate!

I used to attend this clinic, but I've started trying other places. Some of the staff just want to rush you in and out. One of the staff is consistently rude both in person and over the phone. I used to recommend this clinic to my friends, but I can't say I'll bother doing that again.
