Guardian Pharmacy

I would just like to thank the staff at Guardian for the great service I received their recently. Very attentive and explained something to me that I didn't understand entirely. Great stuff, my family and I will be back for more genuine service:)

I had reason to attend this Chemist and found it to be a harrowing experience.
I was for a term attended to by whom I assume was the manger, shorter, darker haired woman, she was quite awefull as to how I was spoken down to as I couldnt recall the name of the product I was look fobut knew what it was for, so I was treat as a silly old person, funny enough she went on to ridicule some of the "other silly older patrons" who she has served in the past.
I ended up leaving this chemist and found another further down the main street and was served wonderfully and was helped in finding the product I was advised to get rather then being made to feel aweful at forgetting the name temporarily.
Shame on you Guardian shame.

Isnt it funny in life how we are so quick to Criticise yet so slow to praise,i have shopped at this chemist for years and i would highly reccomend them to anyone.

I find them very helpful and the customer service i always recieve is A1.

I have been in sales for over 20 years and i find people only give negative reviews if they are one very negative,have issues,or are having a bad day,yes we are all human, and dont you worry i can take it out on people who happen to be in my way if im having a bad day or feel negative.

To the guys and gals at guardian not everyone is going to love you,you cant make everyone 100% happy,100% of the time no matter how hard you may try if that was the case the world would be perfect and everyone would be happy,but dont worry i think your great,even on my bad days.

This pharmacy is by far the worst for customer service. Which is a shame because it was very good years ago. I was standing in the shop for 10 minutes trying to find a product, there were at least 5 staff behind the counter they all had made eye contact with me and did not even greet me let alone help me find what I was looking for. This has happened to me previously at this pharmacy also friends have experienced the same lack of customer service here aswell. I will not shop at this pharmacy again!
