Guardian Screens started out manufacturing security screens and then became a Crimsafe licensee. We then branched out into aluminium shutters innovatively developed & built by the Guardian team which lead to the creation of the 'Smart Shutter'. This is a lockable security shutter that also provides a sun protection/privacy barrier and flyscreen option. Guardian installs Crimsafe screens & aluminium shutters all over Brisbane, Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast.

We recently had Guardian install lockable aluminium bifolding shutters on our studio/office. The whole process was a refreshingly positive experience in good customer service!
The sales rep, Doug, was very helpful in working out some solutions to some tricky design issues. Doug was knowledgeable, down to earth , which was a nice change.

Product installed backwards. Had to take a day off to have reinstalled. scratched floor tiles, shutters marked looking second hand. Installers threw rivets out window onto driveway causing a flat tyre. Never received an apologie just a abrupt email saying they would pass on to management. A simple letter of apology would have sufficed.
