Great Customer service, great prices and flowers. I have used this florist for many years now and have never had nothing but excellent service. Maree is always willing to go out of her way to make sure it is exactly what you want. I have told many of my friends and colleagues about her service and they are also very pleased with her service. My daughter is getting married next year and Maree is our chosen florist for this special event. Keep up the excellent customer service.

Rubbish customer service, terrible flowers and simply overpriced. Purchased flowers & chocolate for my boss, emailed for confirmation of delivery that day - took ages for a response. Called several times, left 1 voice message and there was no return call. Finally had an emailed response where it was very short & tacky. Advised they'd email once they've been delivered, didn't get an email, so I emailed it the following day where they had confirmed the delivery, but very short message, such as "yes it has." This alleged company has appalling customer service, the flowers are half dead upon arrival and the chocolates, well they're old.... save your time & your money, go elsewhere.
I don't know how someone could put such a horrible untrue review through when I have had no problems with this florist at all - her prices are well under any other florist, her products are better than market flowers, and her attention to detail and willingness to help have always been above and beyond. I have notice though you don't give to many good reviews

The owner is rude & ignorant of standard courtesy.
When I tried calling for a delivery confirmation, firstly there was just an answering machine, so I left a message...Didn't get a reply, so I called the next day & got the machine again...Called later that day & the reponse I received was they cancelled my order with NO notification to me whatsoever. NO email, NO call, nothing.
Not even a simple apology was offered...All I got was "Do you know how busy I am?!"
She then proceeded to yell through the phone & said my funds had been refunded...No, they weren't refunded at all...I had to file a PayPal claim to retrieve my money.
Do yourself a favour, order somewhere else where they appreciate their customers and give at least a minimal level of service without the horrible attitude.
