Very poor customer service. Gulson's advertised an ex-demo Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio for at least 2 months online, but when we enquired it was initially sold, then it wasn't sold but it was never in store to actually see. We kept asking for details (current km, warranty since it was a demo etc) and they strung us along for 4 days and still didn't answer our questions.
After finally being told the vehicle would be in store, we organised to travel over 5 hours to see it.
