I was not impressed with management's phone manner, and could not believe it after I had informed them a month earlier we don't want to place our child in their centre. when they informed me in writhing "we will on Monday 18th November 2013 create the Informal Enrolment for your child (as per current regulations} and we will mark the booked days as follow:" This after we clearly told them under no circumstances would our child be attending their centre. I have spoken to Commonwealth Department of Education .
