I contacted Gunnedah Toyota for a quote on a new vehicle for my business, I was given a quote with a competitive price. The next day I rang and requested to order the vehicle, the sales woman told me the next shipment was two months away but she would see if she could get something for me earlier. Two weeks later the sales woman would not return my calls, when I finally got her on the phone she told me she could no longer supply me with a vehicle because she had sold them all to a fleet customer. I requested to speak to Ryan Taylor to which I was told he was busy, after a number of phone calls he finally called me back and proceeded to tell me it was my fault because I had not ordered the car the instant I got the quote. It was obvious that they had made a mistake on the price and didn't want to honor their quote but when I asked Ryan if this was the case he told me the price was fine but he had prioritized his orders and didn't want to sell me the car. Rob we are very sorry that we have been unable to supply you a vehicle, and thus not meeting your expectations. The unfortunate reality though is we need to prioritize orders that are local, and in the order of which they are received. While we are disappointed we could not supply you a vehicle for the above-mentioned reasons, surely any one of the Toyota dealers in your home state of Victoria would be happy to supply you a vehicle, and at the right price. – Gunnedah Toyota.
The latest visit to Gunnedah Toyota is where I really felt the difference. Unlike other sales and service guys, Renee wasnt pushy at all. She was professional, and very attentive to my needs. End of the day, giving me my car, minus all the niggles is just what I wanted. Great service! Thumbs Up Renee!
I typically don’t go on to write reviews online but I have to say, their service is top-notch. I bought a Corolla Hatch from them and got 3 yr scheduled maintenance for free. They’ve kept to their word, I walk in and the car gets excellent treatment, a free car wash, and I’m out of there shortly without having to have service push me to get extra paid work done. Professionals.
