BEST CHIPS IN SYDNEY RIGHT HERE!!! I lived at Riverwood and was addicted to these chips. None of that frozen crap - real, home style, fresh cut potato chips. I wish I still lived there so I could have more of their chips - I haven't found better chips anywhere else and I've done a lot of travelling around Australia.
We have been regulars (once a week) at this place since we moved to the area 9 months ago and usually have no trouble ordering our food over the phone even at late notice. We tried to order at 8.24pm tonight (Friday) and the RUDE person on the other end of the phone told me that they were already closed. I questioned that asking if they were sure they didn't want to take my order as it was only 25 past 8. They said 'our clock's say it's 8.30 and we're closed'!
Sorry you have lost a customer here, we will NOT be going back to this shop again, we'll be taking our business to the shop up the road.
