Guy possesses broad breadth and depth of knowledge, expertise and experience in many different aspects of underground coal (predominantly development and longwall mining) and open cut operations.

Guy carries 41 years of underground mining experience, with 22 years in Operations Management, 8 years as a Project and Study Manager and 11 years as a Strategic Resource Assessments, Group Mining Strategies, Technical Services and Research and Development experience.
