We are over the moon! Our house is beautifully finished, well constructed, and the compliments from family and friends just keep coming! Choosing Guymer Lynnch to build our home was the best decision we could have made. A really down to earth, friendly team, who were so willing to help us with whatever we needed. We've been living in our new home for over three months now, and still no maintenance issues! They have impressed us to no end!

Me and my wife are real happy with our new house. Guymer Lynnch did a great job. We brought our own plans to them and they built the place just the way we wanted it. Being a tradie myself I was only gonna use someone who's got a good name in the industry, and Guymer Lynnch got recommended to me by a couple of different mates. It was all good, no dramas, and the wife's happy, so that makes me happy. I'd recommend them to anyone, they're a good operation.

We are absolutely over the moon with our new home in Cranbourne. We chose the Malaren MK1 which has the opening glass walkway connecting two of our three outdoor living areas. I can't begin to tell you how in love with the design we are. With four bedrooms and a study, we are able to comfortably have the grandchildren stay over without John being disturbed while he does his paperwork. We really enjoy pottering around in the garden and the landscaping was done to perfection. There was nothing at all left for us to do, we just moved straight in. We found the entire team at Guymer Lynnch extremely helpful, they spent a lot of time with us and showed a lot of patience, and we thank them for making the process a good one.
