Guys and dolls is only a small salon with very friendly staff who are very talented at what they do why dont you let us give you a free personalised consultation in hair or makeup so that we can show you how to style your hair, or the right colours for your skin tone. We also have a strong gaurantee that if your not happy with your service we will redo or refund it if you let us know within 7 days

I have been going to Rach at Guys and Dolls for many years now. I totally trust her with my hair, and I am very particular about who messes with my looks! I know that she's not going to let me leave without being absolutely happy, and I trust her to tell me when I'm pushing my hair limits. The rest of the staff are always super nice, and give the best head massages! I drive down from Perth several times a year just to get a service I know I can trust and will love! Whenever my friends are looking for a new salon I always recommend Guys & Dolls.
I recently had my hair and makeup done for a wedding, my hair looked terrific but unfortunately for me I didn't have a test done of my makeup. When my husband came to pick me up he thought I was only half way done and was amazed I was finished. His comment that it made me look 10 years older and my son didn't recognised me put me in panic mode. As mother of the bride this was my treat for me and now I was left with 20 minutes to repair the mask I was now wearing and come out smiling for my daughters special day
hello Karen thankyou so much for your feedback really glad you loved your hair, but disappointed to hear you didn't like your makeup on such a big event for you, our team are really approachable if you had of wanted to change anything before you left the salon as we did ask you if you were happy and if there was anything you would like to change we would of done it for you then , we have a lot of functions and weddings we keep up with regular training and techniques as we understand everyone is an individual and like different looks I will let the makeup artist know about ur feedback thanku again if you call the salon and let us know ur address we can send you out a voucher
So I recently got one of there specials for foils. I turned up to my appointment and I asked what the deal included the staff mentioned unlimited foils for $140 and I mentioned i thought it was $170 because I have long hair (silly me) then I wanted a full head of blonde and brown and 1 foil of purple. Turns out unlimited foils is only 1 colour or you pay for the extra foils. So I went with just a full head of blonde foils just a little bit lighter then my regrowth and a purple foil. hello sarah we appreciate your feedback and glad that you enjoyed the customer service, our technician that did your hair in the consultation did tell you that long hair charge and toner are $30 each and it is also in all of our advertising, you choose not to have a toner on the day and were not charged for the purple foil that did not turn out we also made you aware that the purple colour that you had chosen we did not stock but we could use fudge on it or we could try what we used in your hair , we do have a policy which we stick strongly by if you are not happy with your hair we will fix for free but a toner was not applied on the day or charged for this is why you where charged for it when you came back. Please contact the salon and speak with us or come in so that we can have a look at ur hair if you are still not happy we would rather you be 100% satisfied and we will do for free
