For some reason this particular store has the slowest and the worst service. Fair enough it is quite a busy store, but the ratio of staff to customer is just ridiculous. And a lot of the times they have forgotten our orders somehow so we had to wait for at least 20 minutes.
This store is perhaps my favourite Guzman Y Gomez shop that I frequent a lot. Despite only occupying a finitely small space and are busy most of the time, I can always feel the warmth and intimate atmosphere radiating from inside the store and also the visitors who come here.
