I had the chicken burrito - it tasted like a chicken burrito funnily enough. It wasn't something that made my tastebuds sing in a heavenly joyful way (like the Mexican places I ate at in Texas did). The restaurant is on King street and you can sit inside or outside. We sat along the window looking onto the street for our dinner.
However it's Mexican. And there's so many mex places popping up at the moment and they all do the same kind of food that all tastes about the same.
Which leads me to believe that there is more to Mexican food than a burrito, quesadilla or nachos. And until I find a Mexican restaurant that serves me something that blows my taste buds away they aren't getting 5 stars.

So! On Tuesday the 3rd of March, I went to Guzman y Gomez for the $5 burrito bonanza. and it was DOOOOPE!
the burritos aren't ALWAYS $5 (unfortunately) but GOD they were so good... I bought two just so I could have a spare at home for when I got a bit peckish (it's a common occurrence). ...read more
Great, uncomplicated food at reasonable prices, my favourites are the nachos and spicy chicken burritos. I have been going here since I moved to Sydney and I've sampled most of their menu. Their food has consistently been high quality and delicious, definitely worth a visit.
