Oh my! Had these gift cards to use for free burritos and when came to the counter they said you can only use 1 of the 2 gift cards because that's the way the computer system works. They wanted me to use the other gift card another time but we don't come here that often. After a mini argument they did change it on the system but I knew there was trouble when they gave me 1 receipt instead of 2 (that's how they solved the gift card problem,making it 2 orders) when i was called up they were confused about my order and even the manager who eventually solved the problem acted like she didn't have a clue that she gave me only 1 receipt. Eventually had my burrito which was nice and filling but to go through all that trouble,it's not worth it

Guzman Y Gomes at Rhodes is a little different than their other stores, mainly because it occupies what was previously a cafe with open space, balcony-like area on the upper level of the centre and they decide to make that work rather than doing a total makeover. The indoor seating area is rather small but the outdoor area is relatively spacious with plenty of seats of various configuration on both open and covered sections: low large tables, high tables, and normal tables. It feels so familiar and yet so different, like someone is playing favourites towards this shop.

I ordered my usual food choice, which is the mini burrito with the chicken filling. It tasted just as I expected it: fresh and delicious, and was prepared very quickly like how they usually do it in GYG. The staffs were also courteous and the tables were regularly cleaned, giving it an even more pleasurable dining experience.
