I had a simple issue with my treadmill that needed repairing. After an email and 2 phone calls someone finally got back to me. Turns up 45mins late for appointment and charges me $80 for doing not much. Then I was told it would be approx 4 weeks wait till the part needed would arrive. After 4 weeks I called and discovered that the part hadn't been ordered and could I give my details again! Then a few days later was told another 4-6 week wait and the price had increased. Do yourself a favour and look somewhere else for your treadmill needs!!!
