Gymea Medical Pratice

I have seen 4 different doctors in the past 13 months at this practice and they were all really great. Extremely friendly, professional and straight-forward in their advice/discussions. They went through treatment options, etc and gave me all the relevant info. They also treat my 17 month old son and have been wonderful with him.

They do run late sometimes (hence the loss of half a star on the rating) but not all the time and I've never been to a doctor in my life who was on time all the time. I usually book an early appt time to keep any delays to a minimum but it doesn't always work. I'm hesitant to blame the practice for this as it's patients who book appts who should be telling the reception staff if they need a long or short appt. These doctors are nice enough not to cut off patients and kick them out the door at the end of their "time" so I don't think they are greedy at all.

Doctors are good but they are always running 30-60 mins behind their appointment time. They must know that they run behind all the time so why don't they book less people per day. Greed! I keep going because they are better than the local alternative but it annoys the hell out of me because they take my time for granted. I am busy too.
